## The Hammam Tradition
The hammam is a cornerstone of Moroccan wellness culture. Dating back centuries, it is a weekly ritual of deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration — not just for the skin, but for the mind.
## What You Need
From the Florivid collection:
- **Black Soap** (N°09) — the first step, opens pores
- **Beldi Soap** (N°10) — traditional gel-paste cleanser
- **Argan Scrub** (N°07) — exfoliation after steaming
- **Argan Oil** (N°01) — final hydration seal
## The Step-by-Step Ritual
**Step 1: Steam (10 minutes)**
Run a hot shower or sit in steam. Warmth opens pores and prepares skin for cleansing.
**Step 2: Black Soap (3–5 minutes)**
Apply a thin layer of Black Soap to damp skin. Leave for 2–3 minutes. Rinse. The olive paste base softens the skin ahead of exfoliation.
**Step 3: Beldi Soap**
Work the Beldi Soap into a lather. Massage gently. Rinse thoroughly.
**Step 4: Argan Scrub**
Use the Argan Scrub with a kessa mitt or your hands. Circular motions on elbows, knees, and back. Rinse well.
**Step 5: Argan Oil**
While skin is still warm and damp, apply 6–8 drops of Argan Oil. Massage until absorbed. The warmth of the skin helps penetration.
## Frequency
Once a week is the traditional frequency. Monthly is sufficient for a deep ritual. Daily use of the soaps alone is fine.
