When you place an order or subscribe to our quarterly letter, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the products you choose. Payment details are handled by our processor — they never touch our servers.

We log a small amount of anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) so we can improve the site. No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels.

To fulfill your order, send shipping updates, and — if you ask for them — quarterly letters from the grove. We never sell, rent, or share your details with anyone outside our fulfillment partners.

We use a single session cookie to keep your cart in place between visits, and a preference cookie to remember whether you've accepted this notice. That's it.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to hello@maisonflorivid.com and we'll respond within seven days.
